Nexus ICMMS Pricing

Three plans, billed annually. Price is driven by how many people use it, how many sites you run, how much evidence you store, and how much control you need over deployment. Everything below is the published price — there is no separate licence fee hiding behind it.

Plans For Every Scale Of Operations

Pricing is structured by number of users, branches or sites, storage capacity, and level of control required as operations grow.

What sets the price

Four things move the number

Most CMMS quotes in Malaysia vary on the same four factors. Knowing them makes any vendor quote easier to compare, including ours.

Active users

Not headcount — the people who actually log in. Field staff submitting jobs and photos count; a manager who only reads a monthly report often does not need a seat.

Sites, branches or teams

One building costs less than eleven. This is usually the factor that decides whether an operator sits in Standard or Pro, more than user count does.

Storage for evidence

Photo proof, completion records and attachments accumulate. An operation capturing before-and-after photos on every job uses far more than one logging text updates.

Control over deployment

Shared cloud is the default. Private cloud, on-premise, SSO, custom integration and data-retention rules move you to Enterprise — common for government and regulated operators.

Working out the return

How to check whether it pays for itself

You do not need a spreadsheet from us to work this out, and you should be sceptical of any vendor that provides one. Take the hours your team currently spends compiling reports each month, multiply by a loaded hourly cost, and compare it to the annual plan price. NexReport is built to remove roughly 70% of that reporting admin. Then add the things that are harder to price but usually larger: penalties avoided because an SLA breach was caught while the clock was still running, and claims paid only against photo-verified completion rather than an invoice. For most multi-site operators the reporting time alone covers Standard.

FAQ

Nexus ICMMS Pricing

How much does CMMS software cost in Malaysia?

Nexus starts at RM 2,000 per year for the Standard plan, covering up to 10 active users and one site. Pro is RM 5,000 per year for up to 30 users across 5 sites. Enterprise is quoted against scope. Across the Malaysian market generally, expect price to scale on users, sites and deployment control rather than on feature count.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per company, with a user ceiling on each plan rather than a per-seat charge. Standard covers up to 10 active users and Pro up to 30, so adding a technician within your tier does not change the invoice.

What is not included in the plan price?

The plans cover the platform, the user and site allowances, and standard onboarding support. Private cloud or on-premise deployment, custom integrations, API access and dedicated onboarding sit in Enterprise and are quoted against scope, because they genuinely vary by organisation.

Can we see it before paying?

Yes. Book a demo and we will walk through the modules against your actual operation rather than a generic script. It is more useful to bring a real problem — a report that takes too long, a site you cannot see — than to ask for a feature tour.

What happens if we outgrow a plan mid-year?

You move up a tier. The practical trigger is usually sites rather than users: operators tend to hit the branch limit before the user limit, which is worth checking against your rollout plan before choosing.

Do you offer on-premise for government or regulated operators?

Yes, under Enterprise. Private cloud, on-premise and hybrid setups are available along with advanced access control, audit trail and SSO — the requirements that usually apply to agencies, PBTs and regulated operators.
